Final Plat Review re Sunfish Pond <br />June 2, 1997 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />Drainage and Utili.ty Easements: In accordance with the preliminary plat, the northeast <br />comer of the plat is dedicated as drainage and utility easement. The standard t 0 foot wide <br />drainage and utility easements (5 feet on common property lines) should be dedicated around <br />the perimeter of each of the lots. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Park Dedication: Park dedication rates for 1997 are $875.00 per unit. It is anticipated that <br />park dedication will consist of a cash payment. However, at the time of sketch plan review, <br />the Park Commission reserved their final determination on park dedication until there is an <br />approved preliminary plat so that the exact density and plat design are resolved. The Park <br />Commission will be meeting on Thursday, June 12, 1997 at 6:00 p.m. at 8850 162nd Lane, <br />on the Lake Itasca Trail. (This is an outdoor meeting; inclement weather time and place <br />would be 6:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center.) <br /> <br />The City Council wiII be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3, I997 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, to consider your request for final plat approval of <br />Sunfish Pond. I strongly suggest that you, or your representative, be present at the meeting to <br />answer any questions that may arise. A copy of the case cover sheet and proposed development <br />agreement is enclosed for your information.
