SECTION 4. PROHIBITION. During the term of this Ordinance, notwithstanding Chapter 9 of the City Code, entitled "Zoning and Subdivision of Land," no rezoning, subdivision or platting of any land within the City shall be permitted and no applications for said rezoning and subdivision or platting shall be accepted, except for those lands identified in Sections 5 and 6 below. SECTION 5. EXCLUSIONS. The following lands within the City are excluded from this Interim Ordinance: (1) Ail land currently located within the City's following listed zoning districts and which land is located within the City's Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA): B-1 Business Zoning District; B-2 Business Zoning District; B-3 Highway Business Zoning District; B-W Business/Warehousing District; RB Rural Business District; Industrial District; and R-1 Rural Industrial District. (2) The proposed plat of Apple Ridge, legally described as follows: The south half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying west of the west right-of-way line of State Highway No. 47, EXCEPT the following: Commencing at the northwest corner of said south half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14; thence with the south line of said south half North 89 degrees 45 minutes 41 seconds East, on an assumed bearing basis, 1327.72 feet to the point of beginning herein; thence continuing with said south line North 89 degrees 45 minutes 41 seconds East, 808.12 feet to the computed west right-of-way line of State Highway No. 47; thence South 14 degrees 38 minutes 31 seconds East, with said right-of- way line, 481.12 feet; thence South 89 degrees 2 I !
