The/n.formation . <br />continued herei= documents the process and fmd~gs of ma analysis done by the Court%:. <br /> <br />h 1993, Anoka County authorized its consultant to evaluate the Lmpact of the MUSA <br />ex'parmions proposed by the two cities on the r~oadway network potentially affecte,_4. <br />~'/t5; work w~ ¢onduct~,d by BRW, Inc. in 1.9~.>94 as a.n update to the Amoka Cotmty <br />Comprehertsive 2010 Transportation Plan. The analysis was coordinated with <br />M_~/DOT, the cities of Ramsey mad Amdover, and M'etropolita= Council staff. The <br />specific locadom to be ex, mined, demographic forecasts to be used, forecasting <br />methodolo~ and models were agreed upon by the Count), and Met Council staff, with <br />input from the t~,o dries.
