§ 8.40. <br /> <br />Mobile homes <br /> <br />d. Location and number of sanitary conveniences; <br />e. Proposed disposition of surface drainage; <br />f. Proposed street surfacing and lighting; <br />g. Off-street parking; <br />h. Patios; <br />i. Location of community building; <br />j. Location of recreation facilities; <br />k.' Location of sidewalks; <br />1. Location of setback lines; <br />m. Location of screening, planting, green areas, etc.; <br />n. Any other information requested by the city; <br />o. Location of utility lines. <br /> <br /> Subcl.~l. Each application for a special use permit shall be <br />accompanied by a list of the names and addresses of all persons owning property <br />within 300 feet of any boundary line of the proposed mobile home park site. <br /> <br /> Subd. 4. Each applicant shall be required to pay a fee of $50'0.00 at the <br />time that such application is filed with the City of l~msey. This money shall be <br />used for the city to defray the expense of processing said application. <br /> <br /> Sub& 5. No special permit for any mobile home park shall be issued <br />by the City Council of the City of R~msey ~_mtil after a public hearLug has been held <br />on the matter by said city council. This hearing shall be advertised in the official <br />newspaper of the city at least once ten days, and not more than 20 days prior to the <br />public hearing. The city council shall mail a notice of said hearing to each of the <br />property owners shown on the certificate of ownership at their last known address <br />so that they might appear and be heard. <br /> <br />8.40.04 Buitcti~ permit for mobile home park <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. The applicant for a building permit for the construction <br />of a mobile home park or any part thereof shall comply with all of the provisions of <br />the city building code as such provisions may apply. <br /> <br /> Sub&~- Each application shall be accompanied by four copies of <br />detailed plans of the proposed constructions and improvement of the site. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3~ A minim~_~rn of 15% of the total mobile home park area shall <br />be devoted to park and recreation and shall be furnished with playground type <br />equipment. Said park and recreation area shall either abut a street within the <br />mobile park site or shall be accessible to the remainder of the park by public <br />walkways.
