Ail mobile <br />park shall be registered with the <br />sh_~]] display license plates for the <br /> <br /> SulxL 6. The mobile <br />home lots and accessory buildings <br /> <br />homes occupied or stored in the mobile home <br />Motor Vehicle Division, State o£ Minnesota and <br />current year. <br /> <br />home park sh_~l! be so arranged that all mobile <br />shall face an interior roadway. <br /> <br /> ~hxlxL 7. All mobile home parks must be serviced by a municipal <br />sewage disposal system. No permits will be issued until municipal sewage service <br />is available. <br /> Subd.& There shall be no exterior radio or te. levision antennas <br />except for a community-type antenna for the use of all park residents. <br /> <br /> SubcL9. Overflow parking (other than on-lot parking) shall be <br />provided throughout the mobile home park, a mluim-rn of one s'.pace for each three <br />mobile home lots. <br /> <br /> Subd. 10. There shall be no retail sales of mobile homes or accessories <br />thereto in the limits of the mobile home park. <br /> <br /> SubcL 11. The mobile home bottom shall be enclosed with a <br />commercially produced fireproof material of the same color, material and <br />configuration as the mobile home itself. The enclosure shall cover from the frame <br />or bottom of the chassis of the mobile home to the concrete pad or ground. <br /> <br /> Sub& 12. No building or structure shall be added to a mobile home <br />except an unenclosed or unheated porch or a car port. The total square footage of <br />all additional structures shall not exceed 150 square feet and no structure shall <br />extend from the mobile home more than 8 feet. <br /> <br />8.40.05 Site req~,i~ents <br /> <br /> Subdivision L Every mobile home park shalI be located on a well- <br />drained area and the premises shall be properly graded so as to prevent the <br />acm~rnulation of storm or other waters. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Each unit shall have a gross area of not less than 43,560 <br />square feet. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. Front setback of mobile homes shall be no less than 20 feet <br />from the curb and no less than 5 feet from the sidewalk. <br /> <br /> Sutui4~ A patio shall be constructed on the ground beside each <br />mobile home parking space. This patio shall be not less than 200 square feet in <br />area constructed of concrete with 4" rn~nimurn thickness or approved equal. <br /> <br /> Subd. 5. At least one deep-rooted shade tree (minimum diameter 2 <br />inches at time of planting) shall be placed and maintained on each. unity. <br /> <br /> Subd. 6.
