I believe one of <br />the most efficient educational tools is the type of events you are planning. This type of <br />educational event is able to reach a good number of people with many people sharing in the th-ne <br />commitment. <br /> <br /> Forestry has several areas that would probably make for some interesting stops. Most of these <br />would be in the Sand Dunes Forest. Potential topics would be: <br /> - timber management <br /> - oak w//t control <br /> - wildland fire prevention (Potential hazards in new developments) <br /> - recreational opportunities <br /> - private forest management opportunities <br /> <br /> I would be willing to assist w/th a project or tour that would demonstrate sound natural <br />resource management.
