Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #97~06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF NORDVIK ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Donald and Solveig Nordvik, hereafter referred to as "Developers," have <br />properly applied for plat approval of the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 2, Hy-10 Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on May 23, 1997, the City received application and sketch plan from <br />Donald Nordvik; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on June 3, 1997, and approved the <br />sketch plan of Nordvik Addition and directed the Developers to proceed to the final plat stage; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on July 10, 1997, and <br />determined that a cash payment will satisfy park dedication requirements due on the plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City received application for final plat approval on June 16, 1997. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Rarnsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Nordvik Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes and as follows: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Contingent upon the Developers entering into a development agreement with the <br />city. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I: <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
