The <br />drainage plan will be reviewed with the site plan submitted for the construction of <br />the new facility on Lot 1. <br /> <br />Park Dedication. The plat will be reviewed by the Park Commission on July 10 <br />and it is anticipated that park dedication will consist of a cash payment for the new <br />lot created. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 1997 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., and the Park and Recreation Commission <br />will be meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 10, 1997 at Emerald Pond Park. (This is <br />an outdoor meeting; inclement weather time and place would be 6:30 p.m. at the R. amsey <br />Municipal Center.) I suggest that you, or your representative, be present at these <br />meetings to answer any questions that may arise. If you cannot be present at the Park <br />Commission meeting, please contact Parks & Utilities Supervisor Mark Boos if you have <br />any concerns with the recommendation being made to the Park Commission.
