It is desired to pursue a schedule which will <br />allow utilization of the fields by Spring 1998. At the June 10, 1997 Council meeting, the City <br />Council authorized the solicitation of bids from three engineering firms which have been used on <br />projects such as this one in the recent past. Attached is a copy of the Request for Proposals that <br />was sent to these firms. I have asked for proposals to be returned by 5:00 p.m. on June 19th. <br /> <br /> Recommendations: <br /> <br />Proposals were not available at the time this case was written.
