An estimate of the cost of technical <br /> services shall be submitted for budgetary purposes. <br />· Soil borings shall be on a cost plus basis. An estimate shall be submitted for budgetary <br /> purposes. <br /> <br />SeheduIe: <br /> <br />The proposal shall be submitted to the City of Ramsey no later than 5:00 p.m., Thursday, June <br />19, 1997. Award of the work is anticipated by the City Council at their June 24, 1997 meeting. <br />Notice of the award shall be made immediately thereafter. Work shall be conducted such that <br />construction can be awarded August 12, 1997.
