The specific scope of services is detailed in your RFP. <br /> <br />We propose to accomplish the basic services as outlined for a cost of $9980. We <br />propose to accomplish the technical services as outlined based on an hourly basis. <br />The cost of technical services is estimated at $10,100 not including soil borings. <br /> <br />We have estimated a total of seven borings in the parking lot, drives, and building pad <br />area. It is believed that the soils are coarse sands and that the borings will indicate a <br />fairly homogenous site. For budget purposes we have estimated $3000. Actual costs <br />shall be billed on a cost plus basis. <br /> <br />In summary the costs of services are as follows: <br /> <br />Basic Services <br />Field Technical Services <br />Soil Borings <br /> <br />$ 9,98O <br />10,100 <br />3,000 <br />$23,080 <br /> <br />This cost does not include the costs associated with design of paved roads and <br />parking lots in the west building area.
