Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #97-06~ <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING 1997 SCHEDULE OF RATES, FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting on June 24, 1997, Staff recommended <br /> amendment of the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved the 1997 Schedule of Rates, Fees and <br /> Charges at their regular meeting on December 10, 1996; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges to <br />include antenna lease rates. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges is hereby amended effective .. , <br /> 1997 to include a yearly antenna lease rate of $12,000. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember __ <br />__, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 24th day of June, 1997. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
