City Engineer Jankowsld stated it is the standard construction fencing, not cyclone fencing. Mr. Kurak ~tated he will use nice fexming not orange conmmctlon fence, to block the public fi'om driving into the area. Discussion occurred regarding the one day requirement and fir~ncial burden it will cause in having to restore the ~ite every Friday. Motion by Acting Chairperson Deemer and secxmded by Commi~oner Terry, amend Finding of Fa~ No. 14 to increase' the interval to two days. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Ch_~jrperson Deemer, Commissioners Terry, LaDue, and Thom& Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Bawden, Commissioners Jensen and Holland. Action Chairperson Deemer advised of the minor procedure for the applicant to request the right to work on a Saturday and informed the audience that notice fs not sent to adjoining property owners. Motion by Commissioner LaDue, and seconded by Commissioner Terry to recommend tha~ City Council approve Tom Kurak's request for a conditional use permit to grade and export soils. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Azt~g Chairperson Deemer; Commissioners LaDue, Terry and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Jensen and Holland. In response to Zoning Administrator Frolik's inquiry, Mr. Kurak verbally agreed to provide an extension for consideration to allow the m~tter to be held mt the Council meeting of 3'uty 22, 1997. Case #2: Request for a Conditional Use Permit for an Overage in Garage and Accessory Building Space; Case of Gary and Linda Grinde Zoning Administrator Frolik reported that the subject property is .9 acres in size and restricted to a total of 148g square feet of garage and accessory building space. The Grinde's currently have a 988 square foot 3-car garage in which them 3 vehicles are stored. They are proposing to construct a 672 square foot garage in which to store their baal snowmobiles and lawn equipment. The addition of the proposed garage to the property wzql total 1,660 square feet of garage space for a 172 square foot overage.
