Absent: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Jensen and Holland. <br /> <br />In response to Zoning Administrator Frolik's inquiry, Mr. Kurak verbally agreed to provide an <br />extension for consideration to allow the m~tter to be held mt the Council meeting of 3'uty 22, 1997. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Request for a Conditional Use Permit for an Overage in Garage and Accessory <br />Building Space; Case of Gary and Linda Grinde <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik reported that the subject property is .9 acres in size and restricted to a <br />total of 148g square feet of garage and accessory building space. The Grinde's currently have a 988 <br />square foot 3-car garage in which them 3 vehicles are stored. They are proposing to construct a 672 <br />square foot garage in which to store their baal snowmobiles and lawn equipment.
