Mr. C~rinde <br />stated there will be a ten foot setback from Mr. Borchard's property so that will be no problem. <br /> <br />Mr. Grinde inquired regarding easements on the school property. Acting Chairman Deemer clarified <br />the setback is six feet on the garage side and ten feet on the other side. Mr. Grinde inquired whether <br />the overhang is included in the setback. Zoning Administrator Frolik stated the setback is measured <br />from the overhang. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner La.Due and seconded by Commissioner Thorad to recommend that City <br />Council adopt Findings of Fact relating to Gary and Linda C_rrinde's request for a conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />Mot[on carried.
