I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 97-07- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR AN OVERAGE IN GARAGE AND ACCESSORY BUILDING SPACE WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 97-07- adopting Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Peh,nit subject to the following conditions. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On July .., 1997, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Gary and Linda Grinde ("Permit Holder") for an overage in garage and accessory building space on the property generally known as 5655 148th Lane N.W. and legally described as follows: The East 171.00 feet of the West 343.74 feet of all that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at a point being the intersection of the North line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter with the center line of County Road No. 5, also known as Nowthen Road [Boulevard], said point being 440.00 feet West of the Northeast coruer of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence West on said North line of Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 507.00 feet; thence South at fight angles 228.00 feet; thence East and parallel with said North line of Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 640.20 feet to said center line of County Road No. 5; thence North 30 degrees 15 minutes West 265.00 feet to the point of beginning. ("Subject Property:") This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.1.18 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: That this resolution shall allow for the construction of a 672 square foot accessory garage on the Subject Property in accordance with the site plan dated received by the City on June 4, 1997.
