That the accessory garage shall be built with the same type construction materials and shall <br />have the same general design and exterior facing finish as that of the principal structure on <br />the Subject Property. <br /> <br />3. That the Permit Holder shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any <br /> construction of the accessory garage. <br /> <br />4. That the accessory structure shall be used for the storage of personal property and that no <br /> commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless the <br /> necessary permits have been obtained from the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />5. That the Permit Holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcing this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />6. That a certificate of survey shall be required at the discretion of the City Building Official. <br /> <br />7.
