Acting Chairman Deemer clarified <br />the setback is six feet on the garage side and ten feet on the other side. Mr. Gfinde inquired whether <br />the overhang is included in the setback, Zoning Administrator Frolik stated the setback is measured <br />from the overhang. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to recommend that City <br />Council adopt Findings of Fact relating to Gary and Linda Orinde's request for a conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />Motion can-led.
