Zoning Aam;nLqrator FrOlik noted that the Sign Ordlnanee was just recently adop'~ed and staffis not aware of enough inquiries to warrant consideration of an amendment: Motion by Commissioner LaDne and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to recommend the City Council approve the request for a conditional use permit from l~tropolitan Visions/Ampride and adopt a resolution declaring terms of same. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Deemer, Cornmiss~oners LaDue, Thorud, and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman]Bawden, Commissioners Yensen and Holland. Case #4: Information Item: ]Proposed l~dght-of-Way Ordinance Zoning Adm;n~tor Frdik e~'plained this is a model ordinance which the Council will be considered at their next meeting. Case #S: Monthb' Status Report Acting Chairperson Deemer requested a report on staff'action pert_~;ning to some of the older pending items. Zoning Administrator Frolik stated with the moratorium ia place, staff should have time to do Case #6: Zoning Bulletin and Zoning New~ Acting Chairperson Deemer commented on the possible change for consideration of variances from hazd._~h~p to "practic~l di~¢ulty."
