Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Deemer, Commissioners Terry, Thomd, and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Bawflea, Commissioners ~'ensen and Holland. Motion by Commissioner Thomd and seconded by Commisslon~ Tea-y to ac~pt Finding of Fact No. 23A to indicate it will not be hazardous. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Deemer, Commissioners Thorud, Terry, and La.Due. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Bawden~ Commissioner~ 3'ensan and Holland. Motion by Commissioner Thomd and seconded by Commissioner Terry to accept Finding of Fact 23B in the afflrma~e. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairpgrson Deemer, Commissioners Thorud, Teary, and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Bawden, Comm~sioners ~ensen and Holland. Motion by Ac'dng Chairperson Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to delete Finding of Fact No. 24 since it is a temporay use and will be left essentially the same when the project is done. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Deemer, Commissioners LaDue, Tarry, and Thom& Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Bawden, Commissioners ~ensen and Holland. Motion by Commi~onm' Terry and seconded by Commissioner La~e to accept Finding of Fact No. 25 in the affirmative. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Deemer, Commissioners Terry, LaDu~ and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Bawden, Commissioners ~Iensen and Holland. Motion by Commissioner Terry and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to accept Finding of Fact No. 26 to indicate "will not" on both. Motion carried. The motion by Commissionea' Terry to amend Findings of Fact No. 27 to indicate "will not" failed for lack of a second. Commissioner LaDue statext he believes the Finding of Fact No. 27 mhould be deleted because these ismaes will be dealt with in the development contract. Zoning Administrator Frolik suggested including the wordirg "under the City's ordinance" so t_ha uso will not contain conditions that would be detrimentS.
