Absent: Chairman Bawden, Commissioners Jensen and Holland. <br /> <br />Motion by Acting Chairperson Deemer and seconded by Commissionex LaDue to add Finding of No. <br />Fact 28 indicating that the excavation on the southeast side of the project will leave an 18 foot high <br />bluffalong Sunfish Lake and a 13 foot high bluffon the eastern wetland. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Chairman Bawder~ Commissioners Jensen and Holland. <br /> <br />Commi.~sianer LaDue suggested adding a finding that this parcel is within the Shoreland District of <br /> Lake. City Engineer Jankowski advised this is already included in Findings of Fact No. 14. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Terry to accept the amended <br />Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Also, the City Engineer has recommended a revision to the proposed phasing (item ~4) to <br />require grading the northexn most portion to the proposed final contours as established by the final <br />grading plan and tree line screen be established. <br /> <br />Mr. Kurak stated he agrees with th{_, condition. <br /> <br />At the request of the audience, Zoning Administrator Frolik read each condition of the permit under <br />consideration. <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson Deemer asked if Finding of Fact No. 7 incorporates the entire 39 acres and <br />suggested it be modified to exempt equipment located on the homestead. <br /> <br />City F~ngineer Jankowski suggested the condition except personal property. The Planning <br />Commission agreed and directed that the following words be included at the end ofthe last sentence <br />"excepting personal property." <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski advised that Finding of Fact No. 9 may not be required since City Code <br />indicates a maximum amount of reforestation.
