City Engineer Jankowski stated it is the standard construction fencing, not cyclone fencing. <br />Mr. Kurak stated he will us~ nice leasing, not orange construction fence, to block the public from <br />driving into the area. <br /> <br />Discussion occurred regarding the one day requirement and financial burden it will cause in having <br />to restore the site every Friday. <br /> <br />Motion by Acting Chairperson Deemer and seconded by Cornmis~oner Terry, amend Finding of Fact <br />NO. 14 to increase the interval to two days. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Deemer, Commissioners Terry, LaI)ue, and <br />Thomd. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Bawden, Commissioners Jensen and Holland. <br /> <br />Action ~ersan Deemer advised of the minor procedure for the applicant to request the right to <br />work on a Saturday and informed the audience that notice is not sent to adjoining property owners. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner La]Due, and seconded by Commissioner Terry to recommend that City <br />Council approve Tom Kurak's request for a conditional use permit to grade and export soils. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Aming Chairperson Deemer; Commisfioner$ La.Due, Terry and <br />Thomd. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Sensen and Holland. <br /> <br />In response to Zoning AdmLnlstrator Frol.[k's inquiry, Mr. Kurak verbally agreed to provide an <br />extension for consideration to allow the matter to be held at the Council meeting of July 22, 1997. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Request for a Conditional Use Permit for an Overage in Garage and Accessory <br />Building Space; Case of Gary and Linda Grinde <br /> <br />zoning Artmirfistrator Frolik reported that the subject property is .9 acres in size and restricted to a <br />total ofl4gg square feet of garage and accessory building space. The Grinde's currently have a 988 <br />square foot 3-car ~arage in which their 3 vehicles are stored. They are proposing to construct a 672 <br />~uare foot garage in which to store their boat, snowmobiles and lawn equipment. The addition of <br />the proposed garage to the property w,2I total 1,660 square feet of garage space for a 172 square foot <br />overage. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Cornrrdssioner Terry to accept Findings of Fact <br />Nos. 1-8 as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Deemer, Commissioners La.Due, Terry, mad <br />Thom& VotingNo: None.
