25. 26. 27. 28. 29. That the proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as highways and streets. That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. That the proposed activities, processes, materials, and equipment and conditions of operation that may be detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odors are controlled by City Code and should the permit be granted, these private rights will be protected by the contracted entered into with the City. That the excavation on the southeast portion of the proejct area will leave an 18 foot high bluff on Sunfish Lake and a 13 foot high bluff along the eastern wetland. That the Planning Commission received letters from the following surrounding property owners expressing concerns with the proposed project: Tom and Julie Schacht, 6060 151st Lane N.W.; Ray Kellas, 44854 Erin Street, Plymouth, MI; Barry Childs, 6040 151st Lane N.W.; Jerry and Maryjeanne A_meson, 5851 146th Lane N.W. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the ~ day of ,1997.
