The fees which <br />will be charged for such services, and other terms and conditions <br />pertaining to the Firm's engagement to provide municipal legal <br />services are outlined below. We understand that this letter agree- <br />ment will be presented to the City Council for its approval, and <br />if approved, you will affix your signature and will return a copy <br />signed to our offices. <br /> <br />CIVIL GENEP~AL LEGAL SERVICES: <br /> <br />The City appoints the Firm as City Attorney, with William <br />K. Goodrich acting as primary legal counsel for the City <br />with respect to the services described below. <br /> <br />The City Attorney agrees to perform all usual and <br />customary legal services for the City in accordance with <br />the terms of this agreement including the following as <br />directed by the City Council and/or City Administrator: <br /> <br /> a. Attendance at all Council Meetings, regular and <br /> special; <br /> <br /> b. Attendance at meetings with staff, public groups, <br /> and public hearings; <br /> <br /> c. Review and preparation of contracts, ' performance <br /> bonds, insurance and other routine legal documents; <br /> <br />d.
