ORDINANCE NO. 97- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home RUle Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated street right-of-way is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br />That part of the Town Road as described in Book 60 of Deeds, page 86 which lies within <br />Government Lot 3, Section 26, Township 32, Range 25 Anoka County, Minnesota and <br />lies easterly of the easterly line of Anoka County Right of Way Plat No. 1, according to <br />the recorded plat thereof'. EXCEPT any portion of said Town Road lying within the <br />right-of-way of Sunwood Drive Northwest as described in document No. 1226775. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
