I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />! <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the city of Ramsey has an easement extending beyond <br /> Farber's property to the West which would be more suitable for <br /> depositing said plowed snow in the winter; <br /> <br /> NOW, T~EREFORE, the parties hereto wish to amicably settle <br />their differences and so agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The city of Ramsey shall repair and/or redesign a drainage <br />system to redirect water runoff to alleviate the flooding of <br />Farber's property. <br /> <br /> 2. The city of Ra~sey shall discuss its plans with Farber and <br />her attorney prior to beginning said repairs and/or redesign of the <br />drainage system. <br /> <br /> 3. The city of Ramsey shall pay to Farber the sum of <br />$2,000.00 to help cover the cost of having to relocate Farber's <br />drain field. <br /> <br /> 4. The city of Ramsey shall no longer plow snow onto Farber's <br />property in the winter, but instead will determine a more suitable <br />location for said snow so' as to avoid the flooding of Farber's <br />property during the spring thaw. <br /> <br /> 5. Farber agrees that upon receipt of the sum of $2,000.00 <br />from the city of Ramsey, and after reviewing with the city of <br />Ramsey its plans for the repair and/or redesign of the <br />aforementioned drainage system, Farber will execute all <br />documentation necessary to release the city of Ramsey from any and <br />all past, present and future claims associated with the issues <br />addressed by this agreement. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
