FIRST AMENDMENT <br /> TO <br />ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY <br /> OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the <br /> "CITY"), and ALPACA ESTATES, a Minnesota Partnership, whose address <br /> <br /> is 7807 - 142nd Avenue NW, Ramsey, MN 55303, (the "DEVELOPER"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the CITY and DEVELOPER entered into a Development <br />Agreement dated March 12, 1997 the "Development Agreement". The <br />purpose of which Development Agreement was to provide for platting <br />of ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION within the CITY; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the CITY requires, as a condition of approval of <br />ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION, that Llama Street south from Highway <br />10 to Riverdale Drive be constructed and dedicated to the public by <br />the DEVELOPER and at the DEVELOPER'S expense; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parties now desire to amend the Development <br />Agreement to provide for the acquisition by the CITY of additional <br />right-of-way for the construction of Llama Street from Highway 10 <br />south to its intersection with Riverdale Drive and the acquisition <br />of additional right-of-way for the future improvement of said Llama <br />Street from its intersect±on with Riverdale Drive south Parallel <br />with Outlot B, ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Development Agreement <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
