At the July 22, I997 <br />meeting, the City Council authorized the solicitation of bids from three engineering firms which <br />have been used on projects such as this one in the recent past. Attached is a copy of the Request <br />for Proposals that was sent to these firms. I have requested that proposals be submitted by <br />August 7. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Proposals were not available at the time this case was written.
