4. Tornado Siren:
· Repair the rotating speaker so that it no longer points in the direction
of the wind.
· Straighten the pole. With the pole in its existing condition, fewer
residents are able to hear the warning signal because it either
broadcasts into the air or into the ground.
5, City Trail:
Add appropriate warnings to each direction of the city trail as it approaches
160th Lane, telling users to either stop at the intersection or yield to the
traffic.

We recognize that making some of these improvements take time to implement, and the
Northfork Homeowners Association and Northfork residents are willing to work with the
city on their implementation. The bottom line for all of us is safety, and we feel the above
improvements are required to improve the safety of our neighborhood streets. If the city
identifies additional improvement opportunities or different implementations of our
recommendations, we welcome the input.

Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss each of the above improvements
so that we can identify an action plan for their completion. I hope that these can be
resolved before this winter and that we may report their completion at our next annual
meeting.

Regards,

David Jon Tincher
Vice President
Northfork Homeowners Association

16081 Andrie Street Nrw
Ramsey, MN 55303

612 441 0436 (home)
612 954 6842 (office)

CC~

Mike Beer, NHA President
Thomas Gamec, Mayor of Ramsey

p~, 21 of ~
