Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden; Commissioners Deemer, ~ensen, La.Due and <br />Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Holland and Thorud. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer suggested extending the interim use permit until April 1, 1999, without a <br />further renewal option. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik responded that the City Attorney needs to be consulted as to whether <br />the right to renew eau be taken away. <br /> <br />Commissioner LaDue stated that he would prefer to not anticipate future action. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commis~oner Terry to amend the resolution to allow <br />the interim use permit until 1uae 1, 1999, to correspond with the present lease ofAmcor Precast. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
