Councilmember moved for the adoption of the following findings of fact: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #97-08- a~ ~ D4~ ~ <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # ' RELATING TO A <br />REQUEST FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR A TEMPORARY OFFICE <br />STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS 6640 <br />INDUSTRY AVENUE N.W. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amcor Precast, a division of Oldcastle Precast, Inc., hereinafter <br />referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for an Interim Use Permit for the <br />continued use of a temporary office structure on the property generally known as 6640 <br />Industry Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except that part thereof described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Northwest comer of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter; thence South along the West line of the said East Half of the <br />Southeast Qu..a3rt. er of the Southwest Quarter 409.44 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br />East at right angles 11 feet; thence South at' right angles 264 feet; thence West at right <br />angles to the West line of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter; thence North along said West line to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />(" Subject Property") <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That the Applicant appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on August 5, 1997 and that said <br />public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are <br />hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />2. That the subject property is located in the Business Warehouse District and is <br /> approximately 20 acres in size. <br /> <br />3. That the surrounding parcels are also zoned Business Warehduse. <br /> <br />4. That the Applicant leases the subject property from Royal Concrete Products, Inc. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That on November 28, 1995, the City of Ramsey issued an interim use permit to the <br />Applicant for the use of a 24' x 60' modular office structure on the subject until June <br />30, I997. <br /> <br /> <br />
