Councilmember moved for the adoption of the following findings of fact: RESOLUTION #97-08- a~ ~ D4~ ~ A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # ' RELATING TO A REQUEST FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR A TEMPORARY OFFICE STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS 6640 INDUSTRY AVENUE N.W. WHEREAS, Amcor Precast, a division of Oldcastle Precast, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for an Interim Use Permit for the continued use of a temporary office structure on the property generally known as 6640 Industry Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows: The East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except that part thereof described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest comer of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence South along the West line of the said East Half of the Southeast Qu..a3rt. er of the Southwest Quarter 409.44 feet to the point of beginning; thence East at right angles 11 feet; thence South at' right angles 264 feet; thence West at right angles to the West line of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence North along said West line to the point of beginning. (" Subject Property") NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Applicant appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on August 5, 1997 and that said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. 2. That the subject property is located in the Business Warehouse District and is approximately 20 acres in size. 3. That the surrounding parcels are also zoned Business Warehduse. 4. That the Applicant leases the subject property from Royal Concrete Products, Inc. o That on November 28, 1995, the City of Ramsey issued an interim use permit to the Applicant for the use of a 24' x 60' modular office structure on the subject until June 30, I997.
