That in 1995, the Applicant stated that the purpose of the temporary structure was to <br />provide additional office space while assessing space needs and preparing a site plan <br />to develop the site as a permanent location for the Applicant. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the Applicant now states that their sales volume is not ~.t the desired volume and <br />at this point in time it is premature to commit to developing additional permanent <br />office space on the Subject property and consequently, the Applicant has renewed <br />their lease with the fee title owner. <br /> <br />8. That the Applicant is requesting the use of the temporary structure for another two (2) <br /> year period. <br /> <br />9. That utilization of a temporary structures is not an established permitted use in any <br /> zone in the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />10. That the City hr;.s granted similar permits in the past. <br /> <br />11. That the proposed temporary structure will not increase traffic to or from the subject <br /> property. <br /> <br />12. That the proposed temporary structure will not be unduly dangerous or detrimental to <br /> persons residing or working in the area. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed temporary structure will not impair the use of surrounding <br /> properties. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed temporary structure will be maintained so as to be appropriate in <br /> appearance with the character of the general area. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed temporary structure will not be hazardous or disturbing to <br /> neighboring uses. <br /> <br />16.
