Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #97-08-'~'~ A RESOLUTION OPTING FINDING OF FACT # 5h LATING TO A RE( U :ST FROM NORTH FORK, INC. FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO GRADE AND EXPORTS SOILS WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application from North Fork, Inc. for a conditional use permit to grade and export excess soils from the property legally described as follows: Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, Northfork Highlands, Anoka County, Minnesota Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, North_fork Lake, Anoka County, Minnesota Lot 1, Block I, Northfork Links 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota Block 2, Northfork Itasca Shores Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota (the"Subject Property"). NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the findings of fact relating to the request are determined :to be as follows: That on July 21, 1997, North Fork, Inc., hereinafter referred {o as "Applicant", applied for a conditional use permit to grade and export excess soils from the Subject Property. That the Applicant appeared before the Ramsey Planning Commission for a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the City Code on August 5, 1997, and that said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated as a part of these findings by reference. That the Ai~plicant has submitted grading plans as follows: Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, Norttffork Highlands (hereinafter referred to as the Highlands Proposal) - One (1) sheet prepared by Ulteig Engineers, Inc. dated received by the City on July 2 I, .I 997. Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Northfork Lake (hereinafter referred to as the Lake ProposaI) - One (1) sheet prepared by Ulteig Engineers, Inc. dated May 16, i995. Lot 1, Block I, Northfork Links 3rd Addition (hereinafter referred to as the Links Proposal) ~ One (I) sheet prepared by fee owners Michael and Cindy Jackson. Block 2, North_fork Itasca Shores Addition (hereinafter referred to as the Itasca Shores Proposal) ~ One (1) sheet prepared by Ulteig Engineers, Inc. dated November 20, 1995.
