No material will be exported
from the involved lots.

That the Lake Proposal consists of exporting approximately 13,000 yards of material
from the involved lots so as to bring the building sites on the lots closer to the abutting
streets. This would result in more open space between homes to be built on these lots and
the homes already built on Lots 2 and 5. That the proposed haul route consists of
traveling west to the terminus of Inverness Lane, and continuing westward across the golf
course, and then onto Jarvis Street, and then southward to State Highway #10. The
involved grading proposal was previously approved but the permit lapsed prior to
initiation of the project.

That the Links Proposal consists of exporting approximately 800 yards of material from
Block 2 of Itasca Shores to Lot 1, Block 1, Northfork Links 3rd Addition, to construct a
berm to act as a noise and sight barrier from traffic on Highway #I0. The berm will be
planted with trees and shrubs.

That the Itasca Shores Proposal consists of exporting approximately 35,000 yards of
material from Block 2 of Northfork Itasca Shores in accordance with the approved
grading pl~ for the plat. Material would exit the Northfork PUD via 153rd Avenue to
Highway #10. Some or all of the material may be deposited on a 30 acre parcel lying
south of 153rd Avenue and east of Block 2. Additional mounts will be used to berm
along 153rd Avenue and 800 yards will be used in conjunction with the Links Proposal.
All areas disturbed will be seeded and mulched.

That no fill materials, other than those identified above and topsoil for restoration, are
proposed to be imported to any of the sites.

That no blasting will be employed in the grading activity areas.

That the existing drainage patterns will not be substantially altered by the proposed
grading plans.

That the grading operation will increase the traffic to and from the subject areas for the
period of time the permit is in effect.

That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons
residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare.

That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or
market value of any surrounding property.

RESOLUTION #97-07-178

/gl
