Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #97-08-c~1 ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISS~IJ~A~I'J~E or A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # e._)~ DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br />GRADE AND EXPORT SOILS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 97-08- . adopting Findings <br />of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the following <br />conditions. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On ., 1997a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") <br />to North Fork, Inc. ("Permit Holder") for grading operations on the property legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, Northfork Highlands, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Northfork Lake, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Lot I, Block 1, North_fork Links 3rd Addition, Anoka Count, Minnesota <br />Block 2, North_fork Itasca Shores Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject ProPerty:'') <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.1.18 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />This permit shall expire on February 28, 1999. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for <br />providing the City with at least 48 hours advance notice of the date of commencement of <br />operations in each of the four project areas. <br /> <br />The haul route, for the excavated material in the Lake Proposal shall be westward to the <br />terminus of Inverness Lane, and continuing westward across the golf course, and then onto <br />Jarvis Street, and then southward to State Highway #10. It may also be permissible to place <br />the material on the outlot in accordance with the approved grading plan. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The haul route for importing material to the Links Proposal shall be onto Andrie Court and <br />then crossing Andrie Street directly onto the subject property. <br /> <br />The haul route for the Itasca Shores Proposal shall be directly onto 153rd Avenue and then <br />directly to Hwy. #10, unless the material is used for berms along. 153rd Avenue in Section 19 <br />(Northfork property). <br /> <br /> <br />
