Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #97-08-c~1 ~ RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISS~IJ~A~I'J~E or A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # e._)~ DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO GRADE AND EXPORT SOILS WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 97-08- . adopting Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the following conditions. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On ., 1997a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to North Fork, Inc. ("Permit Holder") for grading operations on the property legally described as follows: Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, Northfork Highlands, Anoka County, Minnesota Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Northfork Lake, Anoka County, Minnesota Lot I, Block 1, North_fork Links 3rd Addition, Anoka Count, Minnesota Block 2, North_fork Itasca Shores Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota ("Subject ProPerty:'') This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.1.18 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: This permit shall expire on February 28, 1999. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for providing the City with at least 48 hours advance notice of the date of commencement of operations in each of the four project areas. The haul route, for the excavated material in the Lake Proposal shall be westward to the terminus of Inverness Lane, and continuing westward across the golf course, and then onto Jarvis Street, and then southward to State Highway #10. It may also be permissible to place the material on the outlot in accordance with the approved grading plan. o The haul route for importing material to the Links Proposal shall be onto Andrie Court and then crossing Andrie Street directly onto the subject property. The haul route for the Itasca Shores Proposal shall be directly onto 153rd Avenue and then directly to Hwy. #10, unless the material is used for berms along. 153rd Avenue in Section 19 (Northfork property).
