ORDINANCE #97-~ <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 7 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE LICENSING AND <br />PERMITS CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.13 ENTITLED "PAWNBROKERS" OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />Section i AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />Subsection 7.13.02 General. is amended by the addition of the <br />following subdivision: <br /> <br />7.13.0 2 General. <br /> <br />Subdivision la. Prov~ions ~ ~a~ kw adopted The pro- <br />visions of Minnesota Statutes Chapter 325J and as <br />amended from time to time are hereby adopted by <br />reference as if fully set forth at this point. <br /> <br />Subsection 7.13.04 Records Requfred. is repealed and the following <br />subsection is adopted: <br /> <br />7.13.04 Records Requi~ Records required. At the time of <br />any reportable transaction other than renewals, <br />extensions or redemptions, every licensee must <br />immediately record in English the following information <br />by using ink or other indelible medium on forms or in a <br />computerized record approved by the City's Police Chief. <br /> <br />A complete and accurate description of each item <br />including, but not limited to, any trademark, <br />identification number, serial number, model number, <br />brand name, or other identifying mark on such an <br />item. <br /> <br />The purchase price, amount of money loaned upon, or <br />pledged therefor. <br /> <br />The maturity date of the transaction and the amount <br />due, including monthly and annual interest rates <br />and all pawn fees and charges. <br /> <br /> <br />
