CAS : # / / <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY-OWNED PROPERTY <br />LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> By: William Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the August 12, 1997 meeting, Council received an ordinance authorizing the sale of surplus <br />City property. The property is located in the Front Street (Riverdale) area and is a remnant that <br />should be deeded over to the adjacent property owner, Mr. Jack Newcomb. Council introduced <br />the ordinance to proceed and such ordinance is now being presented for formal adoption. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to_adopt Ordinance #97-XX authorizing the sale of certain City-owned property located <br />in the City of Ramsey.
