ORDINANCE NO. 97- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPERTY <br />LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to <br />sell certain real property which property the City Council has <br />determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This <br />chapter is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section <br />12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br /> The City Council hereby declares the following legally <br />described real property owned by the City, as surplus property and <br />hereby authorizes its sale. Said property is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 7, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 96, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the easterly <br />extension of the north line of the south 94.00 feet of <br />Lot 5 in said AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 96. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> <br /> The City Council shall by <br />determine the consideration and <br />described property may be sold. <br /> <br />properly enacted resolution <br />terms upon which the above <br /> <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty <br />(30) days after its publication according to law, subject to City <br />Charter Provision, Section 5.04. <br /> <br /> _L <br /> <br /> <br />
