Said earnest money is part payment for the <br />purchase of the Property located in the City of Ramsey, County of <br />Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The North 150 feet of that part of Lot 1, AUDITORS <br />SUBDIVISION NUMBER 30, according to the map or plat <br />thereof on file and of record in the office of the County <br />Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota, described as <br />follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot <br />1; thence due South on the East line of said Lot 1 a <br />distance of 603 feet; thence North 67 degrees 47 minutes <br />West a distance of 380 feet to the point of beginning of <br />the land to be described; thence West and parallel to the <br />North line of said Lot 1 to a point which is 660 feet <br />West of the East line of said Lot 1 as measured parallel <br />to the North line of said Lot 1; thence South and <br />parallel with the East line of said Lot 1 to a point on <br />the Southeasterly extension of the Northeasterly line of <br />Lot 2 of said AUDITORS SUBDIVISION DIVISION NUMBER 30; <br />thence; thence Southeasterly to a point 400 feet South of <br />the point of beginning, said distance being measured <br />parallel to the East line of said Lot 1; thence North and <br />parallel to the East line of said Lot 1 a distance of 400 <br />feet to the point of beginning.
