Site Plan Review: CMC/Wolf Page 3 of 3 August 27, 1997 Architectural Standards: The one-story building does not exceed the 35-foot height limit. The exterior walls are proposed to consist of a combination of common, single score, burnished and rock face block, which is in accordance with City Code and the Business Park 95 covenants. Lighting Plan: The site plan identifies exterior lighting fixtures and the detailed specifications have been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. Mechanical Equipment: It is noted that the Business Park 95 covenants requires that mechanical equipment located on a roof top may be painted to be compatible with the building if expressly allowed by the Architectural Review Board. Any mechanical equipment placed elsewhere on this site must be screened so as not to be visible from the public street and the screening shall be aesthetically incorporated into the design of the building and constructed of materials compatible with those of the building. The Ramsey Planning Commission will be meeting to review the proposed site plan on Tuesday, September 2, 1997, at 6:30 p.m. It is suggested that you or your representative be present at the meeting to answer any questions tha? may arise. Staff will also be scheduling a meeting of the Business Park 95 Architectural Review Board to review the site plan for conformance with the covenants.
