CITY OF RAMSEY POSITION ANALYSIS <br /> <br />POSITION TITLE: Project Manager <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT: Community Services <br /> <br />POSITION TITLE OF IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: <br /> The primary objective of this position is to establish an orderly ongoing tracking system for <br /> all City projects, including but not limited to, land use, improvement projects, and special <br /> projects. <br /> <br />RESPONSIBILITIES: <br /> <br />E. <br />F. <br />G. <br />H. <br />I. <br /> <br />Acquire and monitor grants for City projects. <br />Create special communication projects. <br />Certify petitions for special assessments, improvement projects, variances, CUP, <br />subdivision public heatings, and mailing lists. <br />Monitor City improvement projects. <br />Monitor development agreements/permits. <br />Develop and monitor solid waste programs. <br />Coordinate special computer projects. <br />Provide staff support for Commissions. <br />Perform a wide range of tasks (within the ability and resources of the Project Manager) at <br />the verbal or written direction of the City Administrator. <br /> <br />TASKS RELATED TO RESPONSIBILITIES: <br /> <br />Acquire and monitor grants for City projects. <br />1.
