Process daily reconciliation of cash and check transactions in preparation for deposit. <br /> <br />Perform community service activities. <br />i. Provide general information, explanation and assistance to the public. <br />2. Refer problems and/or complaints to appropriate person. <br />3. Attend meetings, classes and seminars. <br />4. Run errands and drive City vehicles. <br /> <br />Provide administrative support and direction for Administrative Services staff in the absence of <br />the Administrative Services Manager. <br /> <br />G. Coordinate and supervise municipal election functions <br /> <br />1. Select election judges and schedule training and work shifts <br />2. Ensure compliance with all election laws and procedures <br />3. Prepare and cause to be published all election notices, ballots, etc. <br />4. Attend trainings/meetings with Anoka County and/or State of Minnesota <br />5. Perform test decks and public accuracy tests <br />6. Coordinate election judge supply boxes <br />7.
