Based upon our review of the proposed amendment, applicable <br />law, and conversations with you and City Staff, it is our understanding that the proposed amendment <br />does not apply to or affect the use, development density, lot size or lot layout of Alpine Estates as set <br />forth in the final plat which received final approval from the City Council. <br /> <br />Based upon the approval of the final plat, we have incurred extensive costs, including but not limited <br />to, engineering, surveying, wetland consultation, and legal fees.
