page United Power Association and Northern St'ares Power transmission lines cross on northeast corner of work area. AUG 1 1997 (13) Natural Gas pipeline in ditch along 181st Ave. over 1/4 mile from excavation. All equipment used in excavation to be stored in 40' x I00' building in off season. All equipment is modern and well maintained. The large pieces will be a D5 dozer with 12'push blade and 2 Unit draglines, one with a 50'boom, the other with a 45' boom. 10. Enclosed is a drainage plan showing elevations from 181st Ave. to the south border. The entire body surrounding the work area is higher elevation. The land gently rolls and drains toward the proposed pond area. 11. All trucks will be using the designated hauling road through the middle of the farm. This area has been an old lane and private road for years. The end of this road is on top of a hill on 181st Ave, affording good visibility for trucks entering or leaving property. Also at the end of the road is the junction of Burns Township road, Rabbit Street. Most trucks hauling will be using Cty 64 going west. 12. The sale of this topsoil will not be open to public. Several contractors have contracted for ail-dirt removal. The hours of dirt removal bY contractors will be from 7 A.M.-5 P.M. Monday - Friday, Sat 7-3. 13. All dirt being excavated will be deposited in rows not exceeding 25' in height. This dirt will be dozed into a pile where it will be loaded into trucks and hauled away on the designated road 14. The pond excavation will .start in the fall of '97. The first year wilI'be spent primarily preparing the site for dirt removal with approx. 2 acres dug. In the ne)it two years, the project will speed up and hopefully we can dig four acres per year. Each acre of dirt will yield about 9,500 yards of 'm~'terial. The average depth of the pond will be around 6' with a gradual pitch from the shore. The estimated size of pond will be around twelve acres.
