Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #97-09- A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDING OF FACT #__ RELATING TO A REQUEST FROM GOOD VALUE HOMES, INC. That on AUgust 22, 1997, Good Value Homes, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", properly al~blied for a conditional use permit to grade and export excess soils from the Subject Pr6Perty, which is the proposed plat of Apple Ridge, which plat received preliminary plat approval from the City Council on June 24, i997.
