The use of trailers, trucks or vehicles for long term storage <br />(longer than 30 consecutive days) is prohibited unless they are being used as a collection <br />point for dross and residual recyclables awaiting transport from the site. <br /> <br />Strucm. re~ and Site Improvements. The placement, design and construction of the 9,000 <br />square foot expansion to the existing principal building and site improvements shall <br />comply with City Code as provided within the development permit, and applicable state <br />codes and OSHA requirements. <br /> <br />Building Permits. No building permit for the site will be issued until the Permit Holder <br />has: a) signed and returned the conditional use permit and development permit; b) <br />provided the required financial guarantee for required improvements described in the <br />development permit; and c) supplied the Building Official with information required by <br />the City <br /> <br />Sanitary. Sewer and Road Improvements. The Permit Holder agrees to connect to City <br />sewer and water at the time sewer and water is extended to the area and herein agrees to <br />join in a petition for sewer and water improvements and improvements to 142nd Avenue <br />N.W. when such petitions are presented. <br /> <br />Height Limit on Equipment. The crane may be operated at its full height but while being <br />stored on the site shall not be stored at a height greater than the height of the smoke stack <br />on the principal structures on the site. <br /> <br />Site Elan/Building Plan Revisions. This CUP shall not be effective until the City has a <br />approved a Site Plan and Building Plans which incorporate these CUP conditions. <br /> <br />.Closure Due ..to CUP Revocation, Other Circumstances. In the event this CUP is revoked <br />or the Permit Holder closes operation of the aluminum processing operation for any <br />reason, including but without limitation, order of the court or other agency of competent <br />jurisdiction, bankruptcy, insolvency, or abandonment, the Permit Holder shall <br />immediately proceed to remove all feedstock and' other material, from the-site. In the <br />event the Permit Holder fails to comply with the terms of this CUP, the City may, upon <br />30 days written notice to the Permit Holder, enter into the property and perform all such <br />obligations, the costs of which shall be borne by the Permit 'Holder or, in default thereof, <br />by its surety. <br /> <br />Finan.cial Assurance. The Permit Holder shall submit financial assurances as follows: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Charges and Fees. The Permit Holder agrees to pay to the City upon the issuance <br />of this CUP, a fee in an mount sufficient to reimburse the City for engineering, <br />legal and administrative expenses reasonably incurred during the consideration <br />and development of this CUP. The Permit Holder shall reimburse the City for all <br />administrative fees incurred by the City in connection with inspection of the <br />aluminum processing operation and administration of this CUP. <br /> <br />In the event the City incurs additional reasonable costs occasioned solely by the <br /> <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
