I will take this opportunity to remind you that the conditional use permit is issued <br />specifically to Alloy Recovery and transfer of the permit to another company is not permitted <br />without Council approval. However, if ownership remains in the name of Alloy Recovery and <br />there is only a change in company officers, then Council approval is not required for any <br />assignability. <br /> <br />I am also going to take this opporkmity to remind you that when the amended conditional use <br />permit was processed in 1996, a site inspection revealed that Alloy Recovery was not in <br />compliance with Item #26, Screening, of the Permit. Since we have not received a new screening <br />plan, I have to assume that you are still in violation of that requirement. We should make <br />arrangements to review the areas of deficiency and formulate a plan to bring your screening into <br />compliance. For .your information, I am enclosing a copy of the permit issued in 1991. <br /> <br />I will be submittihg Your request for an extension to the conditional use permit and site plan to <br />Council for approval on September 23, 1997.
