W. <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />RE: ENGAGEMENT LETTER <br /> <br />Dear Ryan: <br /> <br />Per our discussion I have prepared this engagement letter which constitutes an <br />agreement between the City of Ramsey and AEC, directing AEC to provide <br />development services for the City. It is my understanding that the Scope of Work <br />desired by the city should focus on the following areas: <br /> <br />1. Industrial Prospecting <br /> <br />2. Financial Packaging Services <br /> <br />As you know, in addition to myself, AEC will employ the services of Michael J. <br />Mulrooney in fulfillment of this contract. Mr. Mulrooney has over 22 years of <br />extensive economic development experience and a nationally respected track record <br />of proven performance.
