Compensation: The City shall compensate each Firm attorney licensed to practice law for those services described in Paragraph 2 above, the following hourly rates: $88.00 per hour in 1998 $91.00 per hour in 1999 $93.00 per hour in 2000 The City shall compensate paralegals and law clerks at the rate of $35.00 per hour during 1998, 1999 and 2000. The present flat rate of $100.00 per meeting will continue during 1998 and $125.00 for 1999 and 2000 for attendance at Council and Commission meetings. There will be no separate charge for clerical staff. The Firm shall also be separately reimbursed for any costs and disbursements which it incurs in connection ~ith providing any of the services described in Paragraph 2 above. Reimbursable costs and disbursements shall not include charges for secretarial or word processing services. Billings by the city Attorney to the City for services, costs and disbursements shall be made monthly or that frequency as directed by the City Finance Officer.
