Schroeder <br />City Administrator <br />City of Ramsey <br />15153 Nowthen Boulevard <br />Ramsey, M~ 55303 <br /> <br />:Re: Letter Agreement for Municipal Legal Services <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Schroeder: <br /> <br /> This letter is intended to serve as a letter agreement <br />concerning the municipal legal services to be provided by Randall, <br />Dehn & Goodrich (the "Firm") for the years 1998, 1999 and 2000 (the <br />"Term"), to the city of Ramsay (the "City"). The fees which will <br />be charged for such services, and other terms and conditions <br />pertaining to the Firm's engagement to provide municipal legal <br />'services are outlined below. We understand that this letter agree- <br />ment will be presented to the City Council for its approval, and if <br />approved, you will affix your signature and return a copy signed to <br />our offices. <br /> <br />CIVIL GENERAL LEGAL SERVICES: <br /> <br />The city appoints the Firm as City Attorney, with William <br />K. Goodrich acting as primary legal counsel for the City <br />with respect to the services described below. <br /> <br />The City Attorney agrees to perform all usual and <br />customary legal services for the City in accordance with <br />the terms of this agreement including the following as <br />directed by the City Council and/or City Administrator: <br /> <br />Attendance at .all Council Meetings, regular and <br />special; <br /> <br />Attendance at meetings with staff, public groups, <br />and public hearings; <br /> <br />Review and preparation of contracts, performance <br />bonds, insurance and other routine legal documents; <br /> <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
