The exterior <br />walls are proposed to consist of a combination of smooth and rock face block which is in <br />accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />Drainage and Grading: A grading and drainage plan has been submitted by Swenson Land <br />Surveying, Inc. and is dated September 29, 1997. This plan is generally acceptable. The <br />discharges to the regional detention pond should be modified to relocate to the far northern end, <br />as this will provide more effective sedimentation. Consideration should be given to oversizing <br />the easternmost segment of the northerly storm sewer to provide capacity for the runoff from the <br />two undeveloped lots to the north. Pipe sizes and calculations need to be submitted. <br /> <br />Lighting Plan: The submittal is deficient of a lighting plan. Light fixture specifications are <br />subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission will be meeting to review the proposed site plan on Tuesday, <br />October 7, 1997, at 7:30 p.m. It is suggested that you or your representative be present at these <br />meetings to answer any questions that may arise. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is a copy of the case cover sheets.
